Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Order process time is 24-48 hours. Orders received Friday - Sunday will be shipped Monday. Expedited orders are the exception to immediate processing.

If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but is missing, please follow these steps to initiate a claim:
