Every Amola sample is individually filled, labeled, assembled, and prepared in small batches. Production time is based on your total order quantity.

50–99 sets: Allow 7–10 business days for production.
100–249 sets: Allow 10–14 business days for production.
250–499 sets: Allow 14–21 business days for production.
500+ sets: Custom production timeline, typically 3–5 weeks or more, depending on the project.

Production time begins after payment is received and all scents, quantities, packaging, and customization details are approved.

Samples can be prepared for easy distribution or placed into individual bags for your guests.

Bagging, specialty packaging, custom inserts, or additional branding may require additional production time and pricing.

After production is complete, your samples are carefully packed and shipped.

Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for standard domestic shipping after your order has completed production.

Production time and shipping time are separate.

We recommend placing your order at least:

50–99 sets: 3 weeks before your event
100–249 sets: 4 weeks before your event
250–499 sets: 5–6 weeks before your event
500+ sets: 6+ weeks before your event

We strongly recommend scheduling delivery to arrive at least 3–5 days before your event rather than the day before or day of your event.

Event dates do not guarantee delivery dates. Orders should be placed with enough time for production, shipping, and unexpected carrier delays.

Your Amola experience does not have to end with the sample.

Custom sample orders can include a unique Amola discount code created specifically for your event, business, organization, conference, or celebration.

Guests can use their code toward a future full-size Amola purchase, making it easy to reconnect with the products and scents they discovered at your event.

Your custom code can also be printed on your sample card or paired with a QR code leading guests directly to Amola.
